Game sketch made with Unreal Engine. This piece is part of an ongoing series where I explore agency in interactive art.
Like a triptych, the game is divided into 3 sections. The goal of the game is simple - make your back up to the top of the screen by jumping on the platforms. As the player moves, they leave a trail behind them. The color of the trail can be modified by the user with the press of a button. Once the player reaches the top, the platforms disappear and the player is transported to the next section of the triptych, leaving an abstract set of lines behind. The process is repeated until all three sections are complete, creating and triptych of minimalist abstract compositions.
